Trees shall be a minimum of a fifteen (15) gallon size and/or three (3) feet minimum in height and roots shall be in healthy condition. Deciduous trees used to fulfill screening requirements shall be a minimum of six (6) feet in height. Evergreen trees used to fulfill screening requirements shall be a minimum of four (4) feet in height.
