The occurrence of certain events, including but not limited to a 180-day period of vacancy of the property, cessation of activity for which the Conditional Use Permit was sought, or action that the Town of Clarkdale determines as a voluntary discontinuance of the Conditional Use Permit. The Conditional Use Permit shall be considered null and void without Town Council action. (Prior code §  5-10)
