A. Posting at the Vacation Rental. The owner of the vacation rental must display the name, phone number, and email address of the owner, designee, and emergency point of contact in a conspicuous place within three (3) feet of the primary entrance of the vacation rental to read as follows:

B. Failure to Comply. In addition to any other penalty pursuant to the Town Code, a violation of this section shall be a civil offense. Each day a vacation rental does not display the information required by this section shall constitute a separate violation. [Ordinance #419, 2022.]
