Section 7-17-2 Refund of Permit Fees

The Building Official may authorize the refunding of not more than eighty percent (80%) of the permit fee paid when no work has been done under a permit issued in accordance with this chapter. The fee for issuing the permit is not refundable. [Ordinance #370, 2015; prior code § 7-17-2.]
