The Building Official shall issue no building permit for the installation of any manufactured housing unit within the Town of Clarkdale unless said manufactured housing unit can be proved to comply with the standards set forth in Section 7-13-1. This prohibition shall also apply to any manufactured housing unit installation permit to be issued for the relocation of a manufactured housing unit within the Town of Clarkdale.
