As of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this article, all manufactured housing installed, erected, placed, or relocated within the Town of Clarkdale shall comply with the manufactured housing unit construction and safety standards adopted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) pursuant to Section 7(d), Department of Housing and Urban Development Act, 42 U.S.C. 3535(d), Title VI, Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5401) and amendments thereto.
