The Community Development Director or representative shall have the discretion to regulate the hours of grading operations to promote the health, safety, or welfare of the surrounding community. Hours of operation for permitted grading projects are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. These hours of operation may be changed upon the Community Development Director’s or representative’s finding of unforeseen impacts on the adjacent community.
