That certain document known as Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, is hereby adopted by reference as the Code for the Abatement of Public Nuisances of the Town of Clarkdale and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section and amended as follows:

Section 201.1 Administration. The building official or his/her designee(s) are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this code.
