Section 3-4-4 Deposit Amounts
This section is included in your selections.
The required deposit amount shall be based on the following valuation:
A. Subdivisions.

$1,000 deposit |

11 to 50 lots |
$1,500 deposit |
|
51 to 100 lots |
$2,500 deposit |
|
101+ lots |
$5,000 deposit |
B. Development Projects. Ten percent (10%) of the project valuation with a minimum deposit amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) up to a maximum of five thousand dollars ($5,000). [Ordinance #364, 2014; prior code § 3-5-4.]
