Section 3-2-8 Zoning Administrator

A. The Office of Zoning Administrator of the Town of Clarkdale is hereby established.
B. The Zoning Administrator shall be responsible for the enforcement of the zoning ordinances of the Town and shall act as provided by A.R.S. § 9-462.05. [Ordinance #394 § 2, 2019; Resolution #1594, 2019; prior code § 3-2-8.]
