Section 20-1-1 General Administration of Development Fees
A. Development impact fees will no longer be collected on new developments in the Town of Clarkdale.
B. Development impact fees that were assessed and collected by the Town pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-463.05 prior to December 31, 2012, shall be used for the purposes for which they were collected until January 1, 2020. Thereafter, if not spent, they shall be distributed equally among the categories of necessary public services authorized in A.R.S. § 9-463.05.
C. The administration of development fees shall be the responsibility of the Town Manager or such persons or departments designated by the Town Manager.
D. The Town shall comply with the requirements of A.R.S. § 9-463.05(N) for reporting and accounting of development fees. [Ordinance #347, 2013; prior code § 20-1-1.]
