Section 19-11-11 Tracking of Surcharges
This section is included in your selections.
A. All surcharges collected for violations of this plan shall be forwarded by the Clarkdale Municipal Water Utility to the Town Finance Department.
B. The Town Finance Director, or his/her designee, shall credit the received funds back to the Clarkdale Municipal Water Utility. [Ordinance #383, 2017; Resolution #1538, 2017; prior code § 19-11-11.]
