A. An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.

B. A person commits a Class 1 misdemeanor if the person acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.

C. An escort agency shall obtain a sexually oriented business license if its business or office location is in the Town of Clarkdale, or if it furnishes a person who acts as an escort in the Town. [Prior code Art. 18-15.]
