The Planning Commission shall hold Zoning Ordinance public hearings and give notice of said public hearing as provided by A.R.S. § 9-462.04 along with other public hearings and notice of such as required. After the hearing, the Planning Commission shall render its decision in the form of a written recommendation to the Council and shall include the reasons for the recommendation. [Prior code § 17-5-3.]
