All hearings of the Board of Adjustment upon any appeal shall be held no sooner than twenty (20) days from the date of application for appeal. Notification of the hearing shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the area not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of hearing. In addition, notice shall be posted on the property affected, when applicable, in a manner readily visible to the general public. [Prior code § 17-2-3.]
