A. All boards, committees, and commissions shall be composed of members who shall be residents of the Town.

B. Every member of a board, committee, or commission shall be appointed by the Mayor and Town Council.

C. The term of office for members of any board, committee, or commission shall be two (2) years, commencing October 1st and ending September 30th of the year so designated unless otherwise provided by State law, Town ordinance or resolution. Members shall have staggered terms so that the terms of no more than three (3) members shall expire in any one (1) year to provide for the orderly and consistent replacement or reappointment of each regular member.
