Town of Clarkdale establishes this article in order to provide for the uniform assignment of property numbers, to provide for the naming of new streets and renaming of old streets with conflicting or duplicate names in order to provide for efficient emergency services and provide for the safety of the residents of the Town of Clarkdale, providing for the enforcement of this article, and prescribing penalties for the violation thereof.
