Each violation of the provisions of the codes or standards hereby adopted, any order made thereunder, or any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued and from which no appeal has been taken, or such an order as affirmed or modified by the Building Official or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein, shall be punishable under Article 1-6; each ten (10) days that a violation continues shall be a separate violation punishable as described in Article 1-6.
