Section 14-4-1 Vehicle Storage Regulations

A. Regulations regarding inoperable or unlicensed motor vehicles are provided in Article 7-20, International Property Maintenance Code.

B. Regulations regarding inoperable or unlicensed boats, trailers and nonmotorized camper vehicles are provided in Article 7-20, International Property Maintenance Code.

C. Violation.

1. A thirty (30) day notice of remediation shall be given for violation of this article if an enforcing officer determines there is no imminent danger to the public or Town.

2. Immediate remediation will be mandated if it is shown an imminent danger does exist as deemed by an enforcing officer.
