A. The Police Chief, and/or any other certified Town personnel deemed necessary, are hereby authorized to direct all traffic by voice, hand or signal.

B. Officers of the Fire Department, when at the scene of a fire, may direct or assist the Police Chief, as well as any other Police Department personnel or certified Town personnel the Police Chief, or his or her designee, deems necessary, in directing traffic thereat or in the immediate vicinity.
