Section 10-2-3 Regulation of Smoking on Area Owned, Leased or Otherwise Acquired by or under the Operation and Supervision of the Town

A. All enclosed public places occupied by the Town of Clarkdale shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
B. Smoking shall be prohibited in all parks, trails and recreation areas and associated improvements and areas owned, leased or otherwise acquired by or under the operation and supervision of the Town of Clarkdale and other public areas signed or designated.
