Section 1-6-9 Rules of Procedure
This section is included in your selections.
A. For civil offenses and civil traffic violations, to the extent applicable, the Arizona Rules of Procedure in Civil Traffic Violation Cases shall apply, except as modified by the provisions of the code.
B. For violations of criminal misdemeanor offenses and petty offenses, the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure shall apply. [Ordinance #376, 2016; Resolution #1529, 2016; prior code § 1-8-9.]
